The frozen pipe alert feature is automatically included with your Ting service. To ensure you receive an alert when there is a frozen pipe risk, please make sure your Ting app is updated to the latest version.
Not sure if you have Ting push notifications enabled on your device? Follow the instructions below to make sure they're enabled:
- Open the Settings app on your smartphone.
- Tap Notifications, and scroll down to select Ting.
- Confirm Allow Notifications is toggled on.
